Workplace Audits and Inspections
- Level 1 Audits – project inspections to assess health and safety performance of the project management team and the trades as well as to provide or advise on suggested corrective actions for the identified deficiencies.
- Level 2 Audits – assessment of health and safety documentation to ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and standards. The assessed documentation includes but is not limited to policies, procedures, daily job hazard analyses, meeting minutes, trades’ pre-mobilization documentation, crane documentation, emergency response plans, records of training.
- Health and Safety Gap Analysis – detailed assessment of the health and safety performance of your organization (staff and contractors) against applicable legislation and existing requirements, as well as work on continual improvement actions to address the identified deficiencies.
- Audits to assess compliance with WSIB Excellence Program topics, COR 2020, ISO 45001:2018 standards, as required.
