With extensive expertise in ISO 45001:2018 and COR™ compliance and a strong academic foundation, Daniil is recognized for his strategic approach to risk management, incident investigation, and emergency response planning. His proven leadership and deep knowledge in occupational health and safety make him a trusted expert in driving operational excellence and achieving organizational safety goals.
With a career that began in 2016 as an HR Generalist in the distribution industry, I played a key role in new employee onboarding, WSIB claims management, Return to Work programs, and regulatory compliance. My passion for health and safety guided my transition into the construction industry, where I now continuously develop and thrive as a safety professional. I am also on track to completing the NCSO certification under my belt, further enhancing my expertise in workplace safety.

Anthony Cuccione brings over 10 years of construction industry experience to his role at Smart Safety Solutions, where he has been a key team member since 2017. He is highly skilled in swing stage processes and procedures, a specialty that has earned him the loyalty of clients ranging from window trades to general contractors. Anthony's expertise lies in high-rise construction, but he is also expanding his knowledge and experience in low-rise projects, continually adapting to the evolving demands of the industry. His deep understanding and dedication make him a trusted professional in the field.
Danny DeLuca is a dedicated professional with a profound background in health and safety management. Her expertise spans the implementation of robust health and safety management systems, conducting in-depth incident investigations, audits, inspections, and gap analyses, as well as risk assessments. She also assists clients in obtaining COR 2020 and ISO 45001 accreditations, ensuring policies and procedures align seamlessly with legislative standards and industry best practices. Her commitment is to foster safe, compliant, and effective work environments tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
Alessandra Mercurio entered the health and safety field in 2022, initially focusing on the technology aspects of the industry. This experience provided her with a unique perspective on the integration of technology in health and safety practices. In April 2024, she took on the role of Health and Safety Coordinator at Smart Safety, where she concentrates on the Mechanical Trades sector.
In her current position, Alessandra is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Her background in technology allows her to leverage innovative solutions to enhance safety measures and improve overall workplace efficiency.
